Director, Thomas is responsible for the overall

Rob OldfieldEntering the
security industry in 1985 and having joined Admiral in
1991 Rob has moved through the ranks at speed and now
co-ordinates all operational and management functions
including new business initiatives and quality control
measures.

Sales Director
Stephen MullinsStephen
foundered the business along with his brother Thomas
and is responsible for the company's overall sales and
marketing activities. He also develops new strategies
and campaigns with the assistance of his highly
motivated sales team by identifying new target markets
and researching potential service requirements of
existing and future clients.

Contracts Manager
Hayley El HasnaouiHayley
joined Admiral over 10 years ago starting in
operational administration and having gained experience
in every aspect of the business she is ideally placed
within the sales team providing clients with sound
security solutions. Trained to Level 3 NVQ customer
service, Hayley's responsibilities include sales
quotations and agreements, customer care and sales
administration. Hayley is also a member of the sales
and marketing strategy team within Admiral.

Operations Supervisor
Peter Mac GowanPeter
started his security career in 1974 working as a patrol
driver having served in Her Majesty's Armed Forces in
Northern Ireland and Aden for 9 years. His life skills
have been sharpened during a journey that finally led
him to Admiral in 2000 and during the last 10 years he
as developed his knowledge of the industry and now
works in operations supervising officers, allocating
work rotas and completing site surveys.

Operations Co-ordinator
Nigel HawkerNigel joined
Admiral in 2003 and became a supervisor in 2004 having
quickly proved himself as an enthusiastic and well
versed member of Admiral's complement of staff. Nigel
works the night shifts providing support and guidance
to officers on the ground, ultimately ensuring
scheduled tasks are fulfilled and service level targets
achieved.

Human Resources
Lynne PrestonLynne has been
in her role as human resources officer since she
joined us in 1997 and is responsible for all personnel
issues and the welfare of our members of staff. Vetting
staff and recruits to BS:7858 regulations is an
important part of Lynne's daily work schedule along
with the mandatory maintenance of personal records.

Accounts
Mandy CullertonMandy is the newest member of our
accounts and administration team joining us in July
2010.
Having worked for a multi national security
supplier for several years she is able to bring vital
skills to our organisation. The duties of our accounts
officer include all financial aspects of the business
from invoice processing, preparing monthly management
reports to banking and client liaison.
