This year we have introduced a new software system for the monitoring of remote services.
The system captures alarms and data including live video from the remote site and presents the alert instantly to the operator. Scripting guides the operator through the process of managing the alarm and a full time stamped audit trail (including all video images) is maintained for subsequent review.
