Thomas Mullins
Thomas is one of the co-founders of Key 4 Security Services Ltd, which trades as admiral security services. As Managing Director, Thomas is responsible for the overall delivery of service and quality, as well as co-ordinating the planned growth of the business.
Rob Oldfield
Rob has been associated with the security industry since 1985, and joined admiral in 1991. As Commercial Director, Rob’s responsibility is the co-ordination of all Operational and Management functions. Rob also oversees new business initiatives and controls the expansion of the organisation.
Hayley Mullins
Hayley has been in the industry for over a decade now. Having worked within all operational areas of the business, Hayley is now ideally placed within the Sales team, providing customers with sound security solutions for their business. Trained to Level 3 NVQ Customer Service, Hayley’s main responsibilities are customer care, quotations and agreements, as well as the general administration of the Sales Department.
Martin Naylor
Martin joined admiral May 2008 having served 15 years in the electronic security industry, bringing broad-based experience in information technology, security systems and solutions. Martin is responsible for technical support throughout the business and its client base. His role also includes business development with cutting-edge technologies.
Nigel Hawker
Nigel has been with admiral since 2003, and a Supervisor since 2004. His duties include supervising Control Room personnel, looking after the 24-hour control centre, supporting our static and response officers, ultimately ensuring scheduled tasks are fulfilled for clients on a daily basis.
Rebecca Johnson
Rebecca joined admiral in 2005 as administrative support, and transferred into the Operations team in 2006. Rebecca’s duties include the daily running of admiral’s control centre and Remote CCTV Monitoring service, also scheduling tasks for Operators and Mobile Response Officers. She liaises with clients and front line associates to maintain high service levels, making sure customers get the best out of admiral, day-in-day-out.
Josephine Upton
When Josephine joined admiral in 2007, she brought 37 years of accounting experience to the business. Josephine’s primary role is the management of the sales and purchase ledger, credit control and dealing with client account enquiries.
Lynne Preston
Lynne is responsible for all personnel issues at admiral. She is an experienced member of the team, having been with us since 1997. One of her key duties is ensuring thorough vetting to BS:7858 regulations, and ensuring our officers have the essential SIA License.
